Mahjong Tournament
in Heaton Hall

Time: 11am – 4pm

$90 entry fee

Three (3) 75-minute rounds

11:00–11:45 AM — Doors open, check‑in
11:30– 11:45 AM — Welcome and Rules
11:45–1:00 PM — Round 1 (75 minutes)
1:00–1:10 PM — Short break + re-seating
1:10–2:25 PM — Round 2 (75 minutes)
2:25–2:35 PM — Quick reset break
2:35–3:50 PM — Round 3 (75 minutes)
3:50–4:00 PM — Awards & wrap‑up

Mixed Doubles Pickleball
Tournament

Grab a partner and compete for the title of Pickleball Tournament Champion!
Teams may compete as Mixed Doubles (male/female) or Female/Female.
Teams of 2-3 players.
*Teams with 3 players may use the third player as a substitute throughout the tournament.
$50/per team entry fee
12 teams Max
4 game minimum – Three (3) 10-minute speed rounds and then single elimination bracket
First place will receive a cash prize and trophy!
